研修会に参加して

こんばんは、まごころの家です。
先週、ある研修会に参加してきました。介護用品の会社の方が講師で吸引器・移動用リフト電動ベッドなどを実際に使用させてもらい、使い方・内容の説明を受けてきました。結構大勢の人数が参加していて真剣に話を聞いていました。介護用品も日々進化、進展しているものだと関心しました。仕事で伺っている利用者の方に役立つ事が出来る物を目当てにいったので、体験できて良かったなーと思いまし早速話にいきました。が、やはり利用者の方も新しい事を取り入れるのは、なかなか勇気がいる事のようでした。一度試してみて考えていく事になりました。自分達の目線と利用者の目線はちがう。利用者の目線で選び、考えて行く事を再確認しました。又、講習会・勉強会がある時参加しようと思いました。・・・おにぎりとお茶も出して貰い美味しかったです。小腹の空く時間だったもので・・・・・・・。
