各地のお雑煮

こんにちは。ステップ・ワン京葉です。
ここの所空気が乾燥してますね。
ステップでは加湿器＋タオルを水にぬらして室内に干して加湿を心がけています。
それでも湿度が30％…の時は霧吹きでしゅっしゅと空中に吹きかけていますょ。
さて、お正月といえばお雑煮ですが、地域によって入れる具が違ったりしますよね？
そこでステップの利用者さんやスタッフに聞いてみました。
鳥肉・里芋・大根・小松菜を入れてすまし汁で頂くのが一番多く、同じような具で白味噌で頂くのが次に多かったです。
後は丸もちか四角いもちかの違いでした。
私の実家はすまし汁に岩のり（乾燥した）とかまぼこを入れて食べます。
とてもシンプルなんです。
また旦那のお母さんは香川県の人で、西京味噌にあんころもちを入れて甘いお雑煮です。
いろいろなお雑煮があるので全部食べてみたいです。。。
お雑煮調査（？）しばらく続けてみようと思います!!

あけましておめでとうございます。
いつもブログ楽しみに読んでおります。
お正月の元旦は食べて飲んで、飲んで食べてでしたので
お雑煮は食べれませんでした（ToT)
でも、やはりお雑煮が食べたくて2日に作りました。
（いつもは姉が作った美味しいお雑煮なんですが・・）
我家は、小松菜と蒲鉾・干しいたけ・縁起物のするめと昆布を
細く切って入れます。すまし汁ベースです。もちは丸もち！
我家の独特のものか、久留米の郷土的なものか不明です。
でも、美味しいですよ！

「のっぺ汁」冷やして食べるのが、味がしみて美味しいそうです！！食べてみたいので、今度トライしてみます♪
えんさんのお雑煮、するめと昆布を入れるんですね!!うまみが増しそう。。。とても美味しそうです!!
う～･･･本当にどちらも食べてみたいぃ～。。。

うちは至ってシンプルです。
今年は、８年ぶりに母の作った「のっぺ汁」を食べることができました。新潟の郷土料理で雪の中で保存するので、冷たくてもおいしいんですよ。
