居宅介護支援費

居宅介護支援費は利用者負担がありません。自分も働き出してこれは最初は不思議にも思いませんでしたが、よくよく考えるとその事がケアマネの未訪問や計画の未作成に繋がったのかも知れません。利用者負担が無い事でケアマネは中立観を保っているともいえますが。仮にこれを一割負担にしてみたら、ケアマネは訪問への義務感が高まると思います。ケアマネに不満を持ったら事業所を変更したり、自己作成などが増えるかもしれませんね。質や行動力が求められるようになると思います（ほぷ）
