東京ではその他にも自転車運転中のヘッドフォン装着、傘差し運転を禁止する動きがあるようです。
マナーが悪い事が多いから正しく乗っている人が肩身の狭い思いをする・・・なんだかなぁって感じです。

自転車も免許制になるとか言ってました。
何歳から免許取れるんだろう？？？
どんな試験があるんでしょうか？
ちょっと不思議です。
でも、ホントにマナーが悪いと思う人って
わかっててもやってるんだと思います。
だから余計にタチが悪いです。
