「１機あたり１億８千万円」･･･ヘリ発着などの設備投資や維持費などに、どれだけプラスアルファー掛かるのかはわかりませんが、少なくとも、ミサイルや戦闘機よりは、ニーズがあるでしょうし、国民も喜ぶのではないかしらん。
千葉県・千葉市はどうなのでしょう。
